We can definitely share the recipe for this dessert if that’s what you want. In fact lots of people have asked me for it (on FB and in person!) and I have decided to do the dessert as a post of it’s own. I hope to do this soon but will need to check with my Sis as it’s her recipe and Im going to get her to cook it whilst I snap the step by step shots! Please stay tuned to the blog so that you don’t miss it. Perhaps if you are not yet subscribed that might be a good idea as you will receive an email when I do the post and you won’t have to check back every day! As such, it won’t work well as a binder. You can definitely use a combo of milk and a melting cheese though, anything from cheddar to mozzarella would work! :) If you google “gratin with milk” you will see some good recipes :)
