Ohhhh my goodness! I’ve just discovered this (came over from honeycomb rocky road) which is perfect for my husband! He can’t handle too much sweetness, but just loves peppermint crisps and mint biscuits. I’ll have this ready and waiting for Father’s Day :)
(and the honeycomb one for me!)

I am so glad that you made it and loved it, more importantly! I am also mint chic obsessed! Currently working on my next Mint choc recipe :) Thanks for following the blog and I hope you’ve had a good 1st year with Bub – my son is also one! That first year is so full on, especially the newborn stage…. nothing like it! :)
