Hey! Thanks for your lovely comment! Yep, edible paper and I personally LOVE eating it so I left it on :) The brand I buy also make it so that the paper reallllly sticks to the nougat so even if you did want to take it off it might be difficult. You can use whatever brand or type of nougat you want and leave paper on or off – up to you! To be honest, in amongst all the rest of what was going on here, this time I didn’t even notice the paper!
