These look amazing! Big fan of hidden ingredients, not only for the kids but for the fussy husband! I like to feed him and laugh quietly that I’ve managed to make Mr Meat and Potatoes eat egg plant and broccoli :) Can I half the ingredients of this recipe? I’ve got all ingredients, but only a 450g of mince.

This sounds like a ridiculous question but wanted to check that you get rid of the excess liquid from the meat and veggie mix don’t you? It doesn’t get added back in later?
