I made this last week for my husband’s birthday/valentine’s day (topped with cherry ripe pieces in the shape of a heart) and it is sooooo yyuuummmm!! Granted we are both BIG Cherry Ripe fans but he claimed it was the best birthday ‘cake’ he has ever had! My dilemma with it is do I eat the luscious chocolate top first or the delectable biscuit bottom? I’ve come to the conclusion that you save the best for last and that’s the biscuit bottom! Thanks heaps!
