Phoodie!! You are amazing! It is rare to find a recipe that actually takes the preparation and cooking time stated. You said this was easy….Despite being an avid baker I was skeptical that working with melting ice cream would be easy, but my boyfriend is a massive Golden Gaytime fan and it was his birthday so, I gave it a shot…It’s so easy! Your instructions are clear and exact and it actually worked! Needless to say he was beside himself when he saw that his birthday cake was a Golden Gaytime ice cream cake!! I’ll definitely be making this again!

Hi there – hard to tell because it depends how much people want to eat! In my opinion I would say at least 16 but some would beg to differ! If you look at my serving size, it is about 1/2 gaytime per person.
