		<description><![CDATA[Hi There Michelle - because I am a blue cheese fan I would definitely include the Gorgonzola - but that&#039;s just a personal taste thing - it would work with any of these (or pretty much any other) cheese! Choose what you prefer… if you like strong tastes you would want to go for something blue and maybe the parmesan and if you prefer milder flavours, the fontina and the gruyere would be your best bet! :) Phoodie]]></description>
