He’s who I call when I need advice, something’s broken or just to have a cry. Even after we lost nan hes continued to be the glue in our family. He’s always there with a smile on his face, a nourishing meal & a hug. Though his stern ex-naval voice & old school sailor tattoos may intimidate some he’s really a big softie with a heart of gold. I hope to spend many more fathers days with him & the bottle of whiskey I get him every year xo
