Hi Jess! Potatoes of some description – Jamie Oliver’s smashed ones are great, or dauphinoise or even potato salad… or Asian salad with cabbage and Mr Chang’s noodles – do you know that one? If you go to the supermarket and buy Mr change’s noodles there is a salad recipe on the back – that is great with this dish. Green beans, simply steamed with olive oil and lemon are also great xx

This looks so good! I never would have thought of salmon and macadamia nuts but what a great combo. Thanks for spreading the word about brain cancer. We have all been touched by cancer in some form and I’m with you in praying for the day this disease is wiped out.
