Made these numerous times since Easter kids love them I used white choc and milk choc on top of bikkes YUM!!!

What a great idea. I have dozens of packets of sprinkles left in my cupboard from baking sessions with my 2 little grandsons who have since moved to Broken Hill. This is a brilliant way of using them up and I know other half will be more than happy to eat the finished product.
On the subject of cookie versus biscuit, I was brought up in UK, but have lived here for 45 yrs. I call things shop bought in packets – biscuits, but anything I bake in biscuit form I always refer to as cookies. My American daughter in law still calls everything cookies after 18 yrs here.

I’m a dual citizen and when I hear biscuit I think of breakfast so it’s cookie all the way with me – even after 20 years. I LOVE this idea and wouldn’t kids have fun decorating these? Great idea.
