This is my third rendition of these and I've been freestyleing with oven temps, cooking time etc but each time the quantity of rashers grows lol, it's not enough, particularly as wr like to do leftovers for lunch. Great recepie, Happy Family, many thanks!

Hi, I was surprised that you say to bake the rashers or 2 hours, as other recipes say to bake for about an hour. How can I tell if they're cooked before the 2 hours is up?

Hey Phoodie,

First up I always try impress my other half with my less than desirable cooking skills... he couldn’t stop raving about these!! No constructive feedback nothing... just lip smacking yum!
But... I followed every step and somehow had about 2cm of marinade liquid in my pan and had to drain it out rather than add water... are they all really tablespoons? Or do you marinade then place them on the baking tray? Still turned out delicious!
