		<description><![CDATA[Hi Angela, Yes, the rice listed is uncooked and you fry off and then cook in the stock. You are absolutely right about the photo looking like it is missing the sauce! It is actually sitting in some sauce but I thought the photo looked &#039;cleaner&#039; without the sauce.... I should probably make a note that you can serve it with as much or as little sauce as you like.... the sauce is DELICIOUS, so when eating them I like to drown them in sauce. Can&#039;t wait to hear from you once you&#039;ve made them. We had them again last night! They also freeze well. Best, Phoodie]]></description>

I adore meatballs and can&#039;t wait to make these. The inclusion of rice sounds delicious.  I am sure it would have been noted if the rice was precooked so am safely assuming it is uncooked rice. 
My main question is the sauce. The final photo looks as if the meatballs are served without the sauce, and just with rice. Is the sauce only used for cooking the meatballs? 
Will try and get these made as soon as possible. Too delicious for words.
