This is what I’m cooking tonight for dinner! MMMMMMMMMMM! Chilli, garlic, lime, fennel, coriander, parsley, dill, sumac……..MOUTH WAAAAAAAAATERING!

And here’s what MINE looks like….. (noting that 1) I only used Prawns i.e. no squid and 2) I poached the prawns in garlic broth before tossing through salad – I didn’t grill)
