PHOODIE REVIEWS: EAT FIT FOOD 4
March 31, 2014
A little while ago I started to feel EXHAUSTED.
I’m not talking about tired.
Or sleepy.
Or like I just needed a nana nap and I’d be good to go.
I’m talking ‘CANNOT. TIE. MY. SHOELACES. TOO. HARD’ exhausted!
Anyway, I wasn’t about to moan and groan about it as I had a fair idea that by tweaking what I was eating and how much exercise I was (or wasn’t!) doing, I would DEFINITELY start to feel better.
I started chatting to my Sis in law about all of this and she suggested that I try Eat Fit Food (EFF) for a bit. EFF are leaders in creating innovative and fresh meals from scratch. Their food philosophy is simple, eat flavoursome, nourishing wholefoods.
I jumped onto their site and was HOOKED the minute I saw the first snap of the meals and snacks that I would be eating. I ordered and paid for a 20 day overhaul programme and long story short, 2 days in, I PROMISE YOU I felt like a different human.
On day 3 I wrote to the folks from EFF telling them how incredible I was feeling (only 72 hours into it!) I spoke to them about PHOODIE and how I could share my experience with you guys (as maybe some – or lots – of you are feeling the same way!) and they sent me out a 2 day cleanse programme to tap on to the end of my 20 day overhaul. I snapped lots of the food I ate over those two days and I want to share it with you here.
I genuinely cannot recommend their programmes enough as I have (first hand) experienced the benefits of them! Their website sums up their programmes and all of the details and logistics very clearly and you can find them by clicking HERE. If you have any questions at all about my experience of following through a programme just email me or leave it in the comments below!

Hi there, do you have an update on how you felt after 23 days?
After a year of being sick (when son started daycare) and pity eating resulting in a 10 kg weight gain, I feel like I need help.
Curious about your experience. Could you please reply or email me directly? Thanks!!!
I felt amazing after 23 days but to feel better in the long terms it has to be an ongoing commitment to eating well! My food philosophy is “Everything in moderation” so for me it works to eat everything on occasion as opposed to cutting out entire food groups. That said, everyone is different. This could be a good kick start program for you but perhaps it might be a good idea to chat to a nutritionist or your GP about an ongoing plan! Good luck!! :)
