ROCK ‘N’ ROLL BIRTHDAY PARTY! 2

For my nephew’s 3rd birthday my sister decided to throw him a rock ‘n’ roll party.

Apart from the fact that this kid can SERIOUSLY, like I mean, PROPERLY, sing and dance, she just thought it was a cute theme.

Below are some snaps from the day, including a few of the AWESOME guitar cake that she made with a lot of help from my Dad or was it the other way around!? :)  In any case, my sister is very talented and regular readers who have read this, this, this AND this, among other posts, know that already!

Just a note: the actual cake was made using THIS chocolate coconut cake recipe and was decorated with a tonne of things including kilos of BRIGHT BLUE buttercream icing!

Instead of a face painter or clown she hired a dude who came dressed as, and performed as, and entertained the kids as, a REAL LIVE ROCKSTAR!
