Willie’s Cacao is what REAL chocolate tastes like. While most comparable chocolate relies heavily on additives for it’s appeal, all the flavour in Willie’s chocolate comes from the cacao itself. It is very pure so nothing gets in the way of the flavour of the bean. The dark chocolate range each contain only three ingredients – cacao, natural cacao butter and raw cane sugar – this allows the individual flavours of the best cacaos from around the world, including Venezuela, Indonesia, Peru, Madagascar, and Cuba, to be showcased.

Oh my well the biggest chocolate lovers I know would have to be my Mothership Lisa Mclaren & my awesome little sister who learnt well Madison Mclaren ???? they are my quality control team for all my baking adventures
Biggest chocolate lover I know would be my son Alvin Hall followed closely by his partner Adrienne De Angelis. Adrienne would be the biggest but bub does not like it in her milk. So when mum stops breast feeding the gates of chocolate heaven will be opened.
Biggest chocolate lover has to be my husband Ali Mortada doesn’t matter how much I buy (which is a lot) there’s never enough for him. He loves chocolate in any flavour. This one for you hubby!!!

My mum Angela Gilland is the biggest chocolate fan I know. She was diagnosed woth crohns disease and has found that chocolate doesnt effect her. She always has a mad stash.
