Rice is so versatile, it can be used at breakfast, lunch and dinner (entree, main or sweets). It is always at hand, and certainly makes meals economical with today’s potato prices. Reheats superbly, what more can you want? My friend Tracey Reginald and I love coming up with more receipt ideas.
